SHIPPING
Dispatch
We aim to process orders and ship products within 1–2 business days.
Note: During super busy periods or holidays, dispatch may take up to 3 days. We ship from the sunny Whitsundays, Queensland.
Delivery Options
We ship using Australia post.
We use Regular and Express Flat Rate Shipping.
Standard Domestic Shipping will take approximately 3 – 8 business days and costs $8.00.
Express Domestic Shipping will take approximately 1 – 5 business days and costs $12.50.
Free Shipping
We offer free Australian shipping on all retail orders over $70 after any discounts/promotions and codes. These are posted using Australia Post’s regular postal service. Orders eligible for free shipping will be automatically updated to free standard shipping at checkout.
Tracking
You can track your order anytime at www.auspost.com.au/track using the tracking number supplied in your order confirmation email.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Damaged or Faulty?
We're so sorry! Email us at nikki@summerrayes.com.au with your order number, a quick description,
and a photo/video of the issue. We’ll make it right – and cover return shipping if it’s confirmed faulty.
Got the Wrong Item?
Oops! If we sent the wrong product, please email us within 3 days of receiving your parcel (don’t open or throw it away). We’ll get it sorted quickly.
